Technical communication refers to that form of communication which is used for imparting any information related to the technology. This form of communication is target towards a specific set of audience. A technical writer prepares content on either software or hardware. A writer plays a role of a mediator between technology and a user. In this form of communication, the task of a writer is to make a user or a reader understand the technology and its use.
Technical writing is written in a simple language so that it can be understood by a layman or a non-expert. A writer can also prepare content for the experts or professionals in the field.
